Lucile Packard Children's Hospital

• Completed in 2019 with a final construction cost of $70 million, this fast-paced, time sensitive Level 5 Build-out will set the standard in sustainable and family-centered design for healthcare of stem cell treatment, cancers as well as other rare blood diseases in children.

  
  

• This OSHPD 1 project has provided 56 new beds and medical spaces that focus on creating a comfortable atmosphere for children and their families that also incorporates operational efficiencies to ensure the best care. This project was privately funded and achieved LEED Platinum.
